My garment doesn’t fit my child. What can I do?

We understand how important the right fit is for your little one! If the garment doesn’t fit and you’d like to request a different size, you can:

Please make sure to reach out within 7 days of receiving the product.

Our team will do their best to assist you with a size exchange or minor alterations, subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll offer you the option to return the product as per our return policy.

RETURN POLICY | I want to return the product

We want you to love what you purchase! In case you’d like to return an item, you have two convenient options:

1. Self-Return

You may courier the product to the mailing address provided in your invoice within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure the item is:

• Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  
  
• Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
  
  

Once we receive your return, our team will conduct a thorough quality check. If the product meets our return standards or has any quality issues, your return will be authorized and approved and refund will be processed within 7-15 days promptly.

2. Pick-up by Us (Convenient Option)

Prefer a hassle-free return? We can arrange a pickup from your address for a return shipping fee of ₹300.

• After you place a return request, our courier partner will collect the item within 3–5 business days.
  
  

Once the product is picked up and reaches us, your refund will be initiated promptly after a quality check.
