Refund policy

We strive to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience with us. Most of our products are eligible for return or replacement for domestic orders, unless otherwise specified.

Please Note:

  • Made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • The return and exchange eligibility for each product is clearly mentioned on its respective product page.
  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If your product is eligible, you can raise a return or replacement request via the ‘My Orders’ section within 7 days of delivery.

To be accepted, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Returned with all original tags and labels intact
  • Sent back in its original packaging

Only products that meet these conditions and are marked eligible will be processed for return or replacement.

REPLACEMENT / EXCHANGE | My garment does not fit my child. What can I do?

If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange through the ‘My Orders’ section or contact +91 8608707354 or email us at info@amirthafashion.com mentioning the new size you want within 7 days of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to assist with size exchanges or alterations, subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer you the option to return the product instead. Replacement is usually free of charge.

RETURN POLICY | I want to return the product

We want you to love what you purchase! In case you’d like to return an item, you have two convenient options:

1. Self-Return

You may courier the product to the mailing address provided in your invoice within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure the item is:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

Once we receive your return, our team will conduct a quality check. If the product meets our return standards or has any quality issues, your return will be approved and your refund will be processed within 7–15 days.

2. Pick-up by Us (Convenient Option)

Prefer a hassle-free return? We can arrange a pickup from your address for a return shipping fee of ₹300.

  • After you place a return request, our courier partner will collect the item within 3–5 business days.
  • Once the product reaches us and passes quality check, your refund will be initiated promptly.

CANCELLATION | Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours through the ‘My Orders’ section, by emailing us at info@amirthafashion.com, or calling +91 8608707354. Orders that are already dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Note: Amirtha Fashion reserves the right to cancel any order at any time and may verify orders via phone or email before shipping.

REFUND | How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?

Once your return or cancellation is authorized (within 7 days of receiving the return), you can choose between:

  • Amirtha Fashion store credits/coupons for future purchases at www.amirthafashion.com
  • Bank refund: For prepaid orders, the money will be refunded to the original payment method. For COD orders, please share your UPI ID or bank details via email at info@amirthafashion.com or call +91 8608707354.

REFUND PROCESSING | How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 7 business days. For returned products, refunds will be processed within 15–20 days from the date of refund authorization.
